What our customers say

"The drive was excellent. Very helpful, polite and professional. The van was ok but the door locks kept locking and unlocking and the interior light kept coming on for the entire trip to the airport at 5 am. The doors were all shut properly but obviously and electrical fault with the vehicle "

"No complaints regarding car or driver and the journey went very smoothly , but do think the cost was very high for a journey that took under an hour. Regarding the item below about leaving a tip, I did this direct to the drivers."

"The actual pick-up and journey was handled very well. Our issue is that the responses to our initial enquiries, and then to our communicating changes to our booking, were not good - they did not make us confident that the pick-up would be as good as it was. Contacting you by phone was haphazard, and we didn't know who we were talking to. We felt it necessary to put a back-up plan in place in case nobody turned up. We did leave a tip for the driver after both journeys"
